Nyssa Packard is Senior Director, Head of Customer Experience at Skyscanner. She has been leading UX, research and data teams for over a decade at companies such as Meta, Booking.com, and Danone as well as research agencies like Ipsos and Kantar. She’s also an ex-entrepreneur, having founded a wine subscription startup and remains an avid wine enthusiast. Originally from the US, Nyssa has lived and worked in Paris, Amsterdam, and London, which she currently calls home. She is passionate about building high performing teams, shaping strategy, problem solving, and making the complex simple – for our users, our teams, and ourselves.
